Description


Compact Ventresca fillets of tuna in olive oil. Excellent as a main course or to create new dishes. The Ventresca tuna is cut into slices and cooked in water and salt in order to maintain its organoleptic qualities and not to disperse most of the proteins. After cooking, the clean slices are cut into fillets and stored in olive oil.
